Raveled....Health Benefit of Eating Flower




I was surprised when a friend mentioned 'this' to me but after taking a quick tour through and making my research, it's amazing what I got!

I never knew you can eat flower,let alone benefit from them health-wise, but I remembered anything coming from God can not be underestimated! *winks*



Some edible flowers:
Roses,Violets,Regonia,Carnations,Dandelions,Marigold,Sunflower,Lilac,Hibiscus,Daisy,and many more.


Below are Health Benefits consuming flowers:


High blood pressure,burns,cancer,baldness. Note: Do not use if pregnant.

1. Make sure they are edible


2. Must be grown organically


3. Wash before eating


4. Start with small quantities


5. Don't eat the ones from florists


6. Don't eat those road-picked


7. Pick flowers in the morning


Nutritional values:


Vitamin C: fights against infections, Vitamin D, Vitamin A: healthy eyes, Potassium: proper heart and muscle function, Calcium: for bone building.
